The walls were poorly insulated, allowing me to hear every loud noise from nearby rooms. The lack of privacy in the bathroom area was also highly disappointing, as the door didn't seal properly, leaving me feeling exposed s.

impeccably clean place and absolutely perfect location, greatly enjoyed efficient staff. there were extremely comfy beds and central heating, an iron and an electronic key card inside the room. the service was nice with parking on-site.

Budget twin room with the basic amenities. Location short walk to all bars are, lots of cafeterias nearby, and main attractions.

The accommodations were convenient, with quick access to the bus station and friendly staff. Our family appreciated the clean room, and my teenagers loved the breakfast spread, especially the fresh pastries. We also utilized the luggage storage before check-in.

In my wife's opinion, bathroom privacy could be improved.

The room was clean and tidy throughout my stay. The car park located in the same building was a huge convenience, especially after long days out. I appreciated the hotel's basic amenities that aligned with my expectations for a budget stay. The local culinary scene offered fresh flavors that enhanced my Bilbao experience.

the rooms are big and super clean, comfy bed for a budget hotel, very quiet room which is amazin for gettin good sleep, location is good for walkin to main spots without needin transport, there's a nice caffeteria just a couple of mins away too.

the shower could've drained a lil better and the sink's kinda awkwardly placed in the room, also missed some privacy in the bathroom area.

Really good staff and comfortable stay

The room was impressively clean, with comfy beds that facilitated a restful night's sleep. I was particularly delighted with the breakfast, offering an ample selection that kicked off my day perfectly. The staff were excellent, especially during the boarding pass printing process. I found the seating areas a bit cramped for breakfast.

You can't beat the fresh flavors around here! Premierk Bilbao's local dishes had me diving deep into the culinary scene. Plus, the comfy digs made it easy to get a good night's rest. Clean rooms and an oh-so-helpful staff wrapped up a pleasant stay.

Could've used a bit more fruit variety at breakfast. Only had apples and oranges.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room and it was fine for what I needed. The room was clean, but pretty basic. Didn't have a boiler or safe, a bit annoying. We had to pay for an extra room because of a kid. Otherwise, the bed was comfy, and I met some cool staff who helped when I needed it. It's decent for a budget hotel but could've used a few more amenities.

The location was excellent, with supermarkets, restaurants, and transportation options within walking distance. The staff provided a warm welcome, and the breakfast offered was both cheap and delicious. While the room was cozy, the lack of privacy in the bathroom was noticeable, and the vending machine prices were steep. It would have been nice to have more versatile bathroom facilities.

Everything was so great. The location was perfect for my plans, being so close to transport options. The room wasnice and neat, with a cozy bed. The staff was helpful at all hours. I had a great time during my one-night stay 😊
